1. Fixing Video Buffering & Stream Freezing

While Binge IPTV operates on high-capacity anti-buffer server clusters, local network bottlenecks can occasionally cause stream stuttering or buffering loops. Try these 4 steps:

1. Use an Ethernet Cable: Wi-Fi signals suffer from wall interference and packet loss. Connecting an Ethernet cable directly to your Firestick ethernet adapter or Smart TV reduces latency significantly.
2. Restart Your Internet Router: Unplug your home Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds to flush IP routing tables and reset connection bandwidth.
3. Change Player Software Decoder: In IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, go to Settings > Decoder and switch from Hardware Decoder (HW) to Software Decoder (SW) or ExoPlayer.
4. Enable a VPN: If your ISP (Comcast Xfinity, Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon) throttles video bandwidth during peak evening hours, connect to a VPN server. See our VPN for IPTV Guide.

2. Resolving "Authorization Failed" or "Invalid Details"

This error occurs when the login credentials entered into the app do not match our database records:

• Check for accidental trailing spaces when copy-pasting your Username or Password.
• Ensure the Server URL includes the correct port number (e.g. http://server.url:8080).

3. Fixing Audio & Video Synchronization Issues

If sound plays ahead of video imagery during live sports broadcasts:

• Change stream format in app settings from MPEG-TS to HLS (m3u8).
• Clear app cache: Go to device Settings > Applications > Select App > Clear Cache.

4. Resolving Missing EPG Channel Listings

If your Electronic Program Guide shows "No Information":

• Open app settings, navigate to EPG Sources, and click Clear EPG Cache.
